چکیده
The canonical formalism of three dimensional gravity coupled with the Dirac field is considered. We introduce complex variables to simplify the Dirac brackets of canonical variables and examine the canonical structure of the theory. We discuss the reality conditions which guarantee the equivalence between the complex and real theory. e-mail address: [email protected] e-mail address: [email protected]

Two-dimensional dilaton gravity coupled to an Abelian gauge field.
The most general two-dimensional dilaton gravity theory coupled to an Abelian gauge field is considered. It is shown that, up to spacetime diffeomorphisms and U(1) gauge transformations, the field equations admit a two-parameter family of distinct, static solutions. For theories with black hole solutions, coordinate invariant expressions are found for the energy, charge, surface gravity, Hawkin...
متن کاملSpinor Couplings to Dilaton Gravity induced by the Dimensional Reduction of Topologically Massive Gravity
A Dirac spinor is coupled to topologically massive gravity and the D = 3 dimensional action is reduced toD = 2 dimensions with a metric that includes both the electromagnetic potential 1-form A and a dilaton scalar φ. The reduced, electrically charged spinor is made a mass eigenstate with a (local) chiral rotation. The non-trivial interactions thus induced are discussed. [email protected] ...

A four dimensional generally covariant field theory is presented which describes non-dynamical three geometries coupled to scalar fields. The theory has an infinite number of physical observables (or constants of the motion) which are constructed from loops made from scalar field configurations. The Poisson algebra of these observables is closed and is the same as that for the 3+1 gravity loop ...
متن کاملSOME POINTS ON CASIMIR FORCES
Casimir forces of massive ferrnionic Dirac fields are calculated for parallel plates geometry in spatial space with dimension d and imposing bag model boundary conditions. It is shown that in the range of ma>>l where m is mass of fields quanta and a is the separation distance of the plates, it is equal to massive bosonic fields Casimir force for each degree of freedom. We argue this equalit...
متن کاملSpherically Symmetric Solutions in a New Braneworld Massive Gravity Theory
In this paper, a combination of the braneworld scenario and covariant de Rham-Gabadadze-Tolley (dRGT) massive Gravity theory is proposed. In this setup, the five-dimensional bulk graviton is considered to be massive. The five dimensional nonlinear ghost-free massive gravity theory affects the 3-brane dynamics and the gravitational potential on the brane. Following the solutions with spherical s...
